Our beautiful daughter, Ruthie Kay Sall was born at 9:35pm on Monday, March 14, 2022 at home in our bed.

Ruthie is named after Ruth from the Bible. She was Naomi’s daughter in-law and the wife of Boaz. Her name in Hebrew means, “a vision of beauty, a compassionate friend.”

Shortly before she was conceived, we had been asking God to give Phoebe a friend, specifically a girl and we feel strongly that this was God’s way of giving Phoebe a forever, compassionate friend and that Ruthie will be known for what a kind and compassionate friend she is to everyone around her.

Her middle name, Kay, is to honor both of her Grandma’s as it is the middle name of both my mom, Angie Kay, and Brittany’s mom, Janet Kay. Kay is also incredibly meaningful… “bright, beautiful, pure, a fortress, full of joy”.

We are beyond blessed with another precious daughter! A bright, beautiful compassionate friend. A pure fortress, full of joy.

All glory to God and may we love, cherish and equip this sweetheart in the ways of the Lord to live out her name and calling in fullness!
