If you’ve been around The Sall Team for long, you likely know our previous tagline was, “The happiest clients in the world.” While we are still very committed to our client’s happiness, we realized more was at stake here.

Happiness is only one metric of success. As our business has evolved, so has our tagline.

Our team now focuses on Homes and The People in Them because what really matters are the people, the families, the grandparents, the kids, and the love that lives within a home. We want it all – love, happiness, laughter, longevity, and solid investments.

Our team exists to offer trusted real estate advice and services, but more importantly, to serve the people inside them.

I’m Brett Sall of The Sall Team. While you’re probably here to learn a bit more about my real estate background, I’m going to tell you a little bit about me personally, first.
My favorite titles are “dada” and husband, but I’m a pretty good REALTOR®, too.
I grew up in Nebraska and met Brittany on a ski trip to Colorado. In the years we’ve been together, we have moved many times but together has always been my favorite place to be.
We actually have a long history of working together and we seriously love doing so – we have been radio show co-hosts, children’s ministry pastors, and restaurant servers together, so it only made sense for me to officially join Brittany after years of supporting her from the sidelines.
I became a licensed REALTOR® in 2018 and working with Brittany has been incredible; we have done more together than I could have dreamed of. I feel extremely blessed to work alongside my wife, best friend, and business partner, all while serving our clients.
I strive to honor God and my family by working hard and doing what I’ve been called to. I enjoy all things outside, and I feel incredibly fortunate to live in such a beautiful place – one that I fell in love with on that very ski trip where I met my wife.

Hey, there! I’m Brittany and I just want to say – welcome! I’d love to grab a cup of joe with you, but for now, let me just tell you a bit about me so we can get that cuppa soon!
I just love people and I always have. It’s this very love for people that’s made me want to be the best wife, mom, and REALTOR® I can be.
I’m dedicated to serving everyone around me and especially my clients – whether it’s helping you decide where to call home or helping you grow wealth by investing in real estate. I’m addicted to real estate and people – it’s the best combo.
I have worked with hundreds of clients over the years and I recognize the privilege that I have in helping guide you through such important decisions. And if I do say so myself, I’m pretty dang good at what I do. I pride myself on being able to help people find the balance between your head and heart.
More than any of that, I really do love my people – Brett and our young family. Being a wife, mama, and REALTOR® are the best jobs I could ask for.

**Stacie Meek**

**ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT**
After years of just the two of us, we feel so fortunate to have added our first-ever Administrative Assistant position in 2021. For years, we talked and prayed about the need for more help; and now we’re exceptionally blessed and thankful to have Stacie on board.
With Stacie, we hit the jackpot and she was well worth the wait.
We have had a long friendship with Stacie, her husband Brian, and their family for years. Not only do we adore Stacie as a person, but she also has a deep background in real estate and has already proved that she’ll uphold our team’s values. Stacie is a huge asset for our clients.
You won’t have to work with Stacie long to recognize her outstanding administrative skills and ability to make things run smoothly – not to mention her kind spirit and willingness to help. Her role on The Sall Team is to assist with client communication, schedule appointments, and keep us in line – probably not the easiest job, but we know she can handle it!
On top of all of that, Stacie also manages her household with five kids… she’s basically Wonder Woman! And best yet, she makes it all look so easy.

**CURATORS OF CUTENESS**
Meet Phoebe and Ruthie, The Sall Team’s most adorable team members! As the “Curators of Cuteness,” Phoebe and Ruthie are responsible for all things “cute” related, and they honestly might be a little too good at their job.
Phoebe loves all things sports, including baseball, golf, football, and soccer - just about any sport that involves a ball! She also loves to come up with new business ideas and enjoys playing “Realtor on The Sall Team,” “Builder,” and “Title Closer.” Ruthie loves all the same things that her big sister is into while still having a wonderful and unique little personality of her own! The girls consider each other their best friend.
They both love all things girly and at the same time, they can't get enough of the great outdoors. One minute you’ll find them playing mama to their baby dolls and the next minute running around in their backyard barefoot on a pretend bear or elk hunt with their homemade guns, bows, and arrows!
Phoebe and Ruthie love to help with the business and their favorite work activity is attending closings!
They are a breath of fresh air and bring so much life to The Sall Team!

Hi, we’re Brett and Brittany Sall. We’re glad you’re here!

Whether it’s real estate services you’re looking for, a friendly face in a new town, or someone to play pickleball with – we’re your people and we can’t wait to get to know you, too. Here are a few things about us in the meantime:

We firmly believe that we are just meant to work together. But in reality, we are meant to do so much more than just that. Together is our favorite place to be. And together, we’ve created an absolutely beautiful family, great relationships, and a business committed to serving our clients well. We’re so grateful for all of it.

Sure, we definitely help people sell homes and buy new ones, but at the heart of what we do is to serve the very people who live in them. People. That’s what has always motivated us. Every job we’ve had, every deal we’ve done, and every move we have made has always been people-centered decisions.

Brittany became a licensed REALTOR® in 2012 and started what is now known as The Sall Team. Our team has evolved and grown over the years; starting with just Brittany, now encompassing Brett and our assistant, Stacie. We’ve been so lucky to serve hundreds of families in the years since, but from the beginning, we’ve always had one goal in mind – making the families inside the home as happy as can be.

We both grew up in rural Nebraska but didn’t meet each other until we were in our teen years. As newlyweds, we lived first in Minnesota, and then in Seattle. We thoroughly enjoyed each community we built as we moved around, but Colorado has had our hearts since our first ski trip to the Rocky Mountains where we first met – and ultimately fell in love – when we were said, teenagers. Colorado is now where we’re proud to call home and have planted our roots.

Brittany was drawn to real estate soon after our move to Loveland, Colorado. She found the business was a way to combine her love of homes and people. She has excelled in serving her clients and has built a people-driven business where strong relationships are at the heart of what she’s always done.

With her hard work and dedication to her clients, the business began to grow quickly. It became apparent that Brittany needed reinforcements to continue to meet the high standards we’ve always been committed to. That’s when Brett came on board. Initially, he did more of the behind-the-scenes work to help Brittany, but soon Brett became licensed himself to provide the dual-force of exceptional service, unparalleled marketing, and client care that our team is known for.

The Sall Team has continued to grow to serve our clients over the years. Early on, we added a professional graphic designer to assist with our marketing and design, and in 2021, Stacie came on board as an administrative assistant to level up our customer care.

Above it all, we are passionate about serving our community. We’re active members of our church, and we love spending time with our incredibly cute children.

If there is one thing we want you to know about our relationships – both personal and professional – it’s that we really do make an outstanding team. We were just made to do this life together. Our sense of teamwork and togetherness is one that has helped us achieve many of our goals, but most importantly, has positioned our team in a way that puts people first.
