Notice of Valuation & Should You Protest

By now, most of us have received our notice of valuation in the mail and are still trying to catch our breath after the wind was knocked out of us, as the values have jumped tremendously.

We are here to help answer your questions, and we can even help you protest the value by putting together comparables that fall within the parameters.

First, is it worth protesting? If your home’s value is truly too high, then yes, you’ll want to protest, but if your home was undervalued and you protest, there is a chance you could end up making things worse.

If you are unsure of your home’s value and if you should try to protest it, please contact us, as we can help you with that too!
