With grateful hearts, we are able to share that we are featured in the most recent publication of NoCo Real Producers, a magazine that highlights top-producing real estate agents in our area. This year, I’m starting my 10th year of selling Real Estate and Brett is heading into his 4th year, what a BLESSING and we have YOU to thank! Your trust and support over the years is the reason why we are able to continue serving our family, friends and community!

We appreciate every referral you have sent our way. It is an absolute honor to serve you and the loved ones that you entrust to us. Referrals from family and friends and repeat clients are our main source of business and we wouldn’t have it any other way. Many agents spend their dollars and energy on advertising to strangers and chasing leads. We much prefer our business model: using our resources to deeply invest into the marketing and successful sale of our seller’s homes and giving our buyers more time and attention for their home search.

This client-care focus has allowed us to achieve some great results for our clients, helping 28 families this year. In 2020, we sold our listings for 101.4% of their list price, the market average for our area was 99%. Our strategies earned our Sellers on average, an additional $10,560 in their pocket when they sold and many of those contracts had some incredible bells and whistles added to them! We were able to negotiate a post-closing occupancy agreement for every one of our Sellers who needed one and we were able to serve multiple clients in the luxury market. In addition, we had multiple buyers purchase their property for under-appraised value, a rarity in Northern Colorado’s white hot market.

Over the years, we have helped many friends and family in a wide variety of situations, some exciting changes and some difficult ones. If 2020 has taught us anything, it is that life is hard, beautiful, precious and the community you surround yourself with means everything when things don’t go as planned. We were blown away by the love and support we received at the end of 2020 when we had our miscarriage. So many people went way out of their way to support us, pray for us and encourage us in our time of sorrow. It confirmed what we already knew in our hearts, we have the best people in our lives. Of course, we are here to help with your real estate questions and needs but if you need support in other ways, please let us know.
