Farm & Ranch Division
Featuring a dozen C3 land specialists zealous about the Colorado outdoors and the joy of living and playing in wide-open spaces, the Farm and Ranch division is dedicated to helping buyers and sellers navigate the singular complexities of land, agricultural, mountain, and rural property transactions. We are a group of agents who live the outdoor life ourselves. We’re hunters, hikers, skiers, farmers and ranchers. People who have caught the Colorado dream and are passionate to guide and educate others seeking adventure in Colorado, whether that entails waking up with the sun on an equestrian property or crosscountry skiing in one’s backyard.
Multiple C3 Farm and Ranch agents have earned, or are working toward, the elite designation of Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) from the Realtors Land Institute, the primary organization for professional development of land agents. The ALC designation is the only land-specific designation backed by the National Association of Realtors and requires both a rigorous education program in land transactions and a proven record of transaction performances in land.
When you’re looking at rural properties, there is a myriad of details to think about; access, utilities, water and mineral rights, zoning and land use restrictions, just to name a few. We know and understand these issues and are uniquely suited to help you navigate through them in the course of the transaction.
For some, buying these properties is about space, putting a buffer between themselves and neighbors. For others, it’s about being in some of the most aesthetically pleasing places in the country, surrounded by the outdoors. Regardless,
WE’RE HELPING PEOPLE LIVE THEIR DREAMS.
Brett grew up on the back of a horse, spending his boyhood doing ranch work in the sandhills of Nebraska. From long days tending cattle to competing in rodeo events, he developed a deep respect for the land and the cowboy way of life. Brett qualified twice for the National High School Finals Rodeo in Steer Wrestling, served on the Wrangler All-Star Team, and was elected Vice President of the Nebraska High School Rodeo team. Now, as a REALTOR®, Brett draws on those experiences to help clients buy or sell farm and ranch properties. He feels grateful for the opportunity to assist others who share that same connection to the land and its traditions.
