Showings During the Stay at Home Order

In person showings are not allowed during the stay at home order. If you need to buy, our clients are offering the following solution for any buyer willing to submit offers with virtual showings.

Buyers may submit offers with only a virtual showing. Upon the mutual execution of the contract, the Buyers will have 48 hrs to access the property & either move forward with the contract or terminate before earnest money is submitted.
